Hitting Reset on Your Workouts

2019 is winding down, and I've realized I need to change things up.⁣

⁣My running is going well, but my cross-training workouts were leaving me feeling bored and unmotivated.
Last week, I realized that I needed a change.

Now I'm getting back to what I love.⁣
I’m doing workouts that get results, and most importantly, I'm having FUN again!
I hit play on my workouts in my basement, or on my patio when we get a warm day.
I'll take my workouts with me when I travel this fall.

I'm cleaning up my nutrition by eating in portions that fuel my workouts and my workday.⁣

Changing things up NOW is a proactive strategy to stay motivated, and to finish the year strong.⁣
