I was invited to try a 13-week workout program. Since then, I've completed several video-based programs that have changed me inside and out. I healed injuries, became stronger than I've ever been, and found new confidence in myself.
I began sharing my health journey and started coaching others. I found new joy and purpose, and after 20 years of full-time work, I shifted gears to make coaching my main focus.
As a wellness coach, I've completed certifications in two nutrition programs that focus on clean eating. I've also completed a Child Nutrition and Cooking course by Stanford University.
