2019 is winding down, and I've realized I need to change things up. Are you feeling the same way? I’m doing workouts that get results, and most importantly, I'm having FUN again! I hit play on my workouts in my basement, or on my patio when we get a warm day. I'll take my workouts with me when I travel this fall. I'm cleaning up my nutrition by eating in portions that fuel my workouts and my workday.
